ORDERING BOOKS
Custer & Friends accepts credit cards only through a phone order. You may also pay by PayPal, personal check, certified check or money order. The full amount must be paid before your books will be shipped.
ORDERING: To order by email please provide your name, address (including zip code), the title and item number of the book and the stated price. Total the amount and include $6.00 for shipping the first book and $1.50 for each additional book (U.S. only -- foreign postage will be considerably more -- request mailing costs by email). California buyers must also include 7.75% state sales tax. All books subject to prior sale. Books will be sent by USPS insured media mail if over $50.00.
Email your order to: MajorReno@msn.com (Please include the words "Custer Book" in the subject line of your email to ensure my "junk" mail filter doesn't dump your order.) We will confirm your order by email and provide the exact amount of payment (including shipping and California sales tax, if applicable).

PAYMENT: Once your order has been confirmed and the total cost determined, you may pay either through PayPal, credit card or mail your payment.
Mail a personal check, certified check or money order to: Broken Arrow Books, 3131 Monroe Way, Costa Mesa, CA 92626-2826. Books will be shipped upon receipt of a money order or certified check. Please allow an extra ten days for a personal check to clear.
To pay by credit card call 714-546-7563 between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
To pay through PayPal go to the "Click Here to Pay" button below and follow directions. In the space "Payment For," type in the Item Number and Title of the book, then put the total amount, plus shipping, (and sales tax if applicable) in the "Amount" space. Books will be shipped upon notification of payment from PayPal. Note: If you are ordering more than one book place just the Item No. and the first two words of each book's title in the "Payment For," box, e.g., #754, Custer's Horses; #2456, Little Big, etc.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed -- if the book you ordered is not acceptable you may return it within ten days of receipt. Please note, we are not a lending library -- we assume you are ordering the book for your collection and not just as a temporary reference source. You may request confirmation at any time regarding your order. Orders will be shipped by USPS insured media mail if over $50.00.
